The property

Sandyholme

Sandyholme was taken over by Bournemouth YMCA in 2006 and was fully refurbished and extended in 2010 to provide better cooking, dining, bathroom and heating facilities whilst also adding a large conservatory. It is a substantial character house standing in its own grounds, situated in the village of Studland in the delightful Isle of Purbeck. It is within easy walking distance of the church, village shop, pub, beach and cliff top walks. The house can be rented as a whole and is ideal for retreats, residentials and group or extended family holidays. It is equally ideal for more active groups as a base for outdoor activity breaks. It can, when occasion permits, also be divided up into separate smaller units for small groups or families. Duvets are provided and bed linen can also be provided for an additional donation.
