Delta House
Delta House Hostel comprises of 63 single rooms, 30 of which are
en-suite, 19 with sea-views.

Hostel clients will meet with their keyworker once a week as
part of their ongoing support.
Among the facilities available for YMCA residents are:
- Restaurant providing two meals a day
- Lifewise Gym
- Resident's Lounge
- Laundry facilities
Delta Flats
As part of the core move-on ethos, after a client has lived in
the Hostel for two years, or sooner if they are able, they have the
option of moving to the Delta Flats. These self-contained units
situated behind the Hostel each have a bathroom and a kitchen.

We will also consider referrals for the flats from clients who
can demonstrate appropriate levels of independence.
Clients in the flats are usually in full-time work (paid or
unpaid) or education and require less support from their keyworker.
Even so, they still have full access to any support as
required.
Move-on Accommodation: Trafford House
For those clients requiring the lowest level of support,
Trafford House has six, two-bedroom flats each with a shared
kitchen, lounge and bathroom.

Clients are still able to access the support offered by the
YMCA's Housing Team as and when needed, and there is a warden based
on the premises.
